Tupler Financial clients are the most important people in this office, whether they are visiting in person, corresponding by mail, or speaking on the phone. All of our clients deserve a timely response to all inquiries or contacts.

What We Expect from our Clients
We request our clients to be continuously forthcoming with all relevant financial information in order to allow us to provide the optimal level of service and guidance to them.
If you are displeased with any element of our service, we ask that you contact us by phone or via e-mail so that we may promptly address any issues that arise.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we request notification a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
If you are pleased with the service and results you are receiving, we would be honored to receive introductions to friends, family members, or business colleagues whom you believe would appreciate the same level of service you have received from us.
